The City of Framingham (City), invites sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of drainage and casting materials for construction projects performed by City forces or by others for the City.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 after 10:00 A.M.

Bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 11:00 A.M.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
