The City of Framingham, Massachusetts invites sealed bids for IFB #8377 Nuisance Aquatic Vegetation Management Services for the City’s Ponds and Sudbury River. The work includes pre and post-management surveys of water quality, cyanobacteria testing, and producing a year-end summary report of findings to the Framingham Conservation Committee.

Sealed bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 11:00 A.M.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email, or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
