The City of Framingham, Massachusetts invites sealed bids for IFB #PW-1061 Lubricant Supply and Disposal for Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025. Qualified vendors are to provide Engine Oil, Hydraulic Fluids and Clean Air DEF 32.5% Urea Solution including storage and dispensing equipment and provide disposal of the used lubricants per MA Department of Environmental Standards.

Sealed bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 10:00 A.M.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
