The City of Framingham (City), invites sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of water, wastewater, and drainage materials for construction projects performed by City forces or by others for the City.

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
