The City of Framingham (City), through its Mayor, the Awarding Authority, in cooperation with the Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants to provide a full range of preliminary and final design engineering services relative to the design and construction of traffic, transportation and utility infrastructure improvement projects. On an “as-needed” basis, the selected consultant(s) will perform services including but not limited to survey; design engineering services; environmental clearance/permitting; construction management; project management; and right of way support on federal, state, or locally funded improvement projects for the City of Framingham.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
