The City of Framingham, Massachusetts acting through its Assessors invites proposals from qualified firms to provide the provision of a complete revaluation of all personal property in the City of Framingham for implementation in Fiscal Year 2024. Additionally, the contractor will provide collection and valuation services in Fiscal Years 2025 and 2026. The contractor will provide City options for the renewal of the contract for an additional two (2) years, for Fiscal Years 2027 and 2028, at the price as quoted for FY 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Proposals submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
