The City of Framingham (City), invites bids for On-Call Snow Hauling NOT Snow Plowing. This is a solicitation for contractors to sign up for hauling services at a fixed hourly rate. On-Call Snow Hauling will be in areas as directed and required by the City. Contracts will only be awarded to contractors submitting bids by the bid due date. The City is issuing this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) to solicit responses from qualified Bidders who can meet the project requirements.
Sealed bids can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal on Wednesday November 2, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.

Bids will be available for pickup on Wednesday October 19, 2022 at 10:00 A.M on Vendor Registry. Bids shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Wednesday November 2, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
