The Boston Housing Authority (the "BHA) is seeking proposals from vendors (“Proposer” or “Proposers”) for Afterschool Youth program in Franklin Field, under the direction of the Deputy Administrator for Housing Programs or his or her designee(s). Interested Proposers or organizations need to provide afterschool services for middle to high school students that build pathways to college, post-secondary programs, or gainful careers for BHA students living in Franklin Field. The program will initially run for one calendar year, with expectation that funding will renew moving forward. This project is estimated at $400,000. Proposals will be received until March 15, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at the Boston Housing Authority, Purchasing Department, 56 Chauncy Street (Housing Service Center), Boston, MA 02111. Questions or requests for modifications regarding this RFP will be accepted in writing or by email only until 2:00 p.m. on 03/04/2024 and must be submitted to Ben Liang, Director of Procurement, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy St., 6th FL, Boston, MA 02111 or via email bids@bostonhousing.org. Proposal will be subject to approval and award by the Executive Committee of the Boston Housing Authority. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
