The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) seeks to procure the services of a Qualified Energy Professional to validate the 2022 data that the BHA will report for its portfolio of buildings by May 15, 2023 pursuant to the requirements of the Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance, known as BERDO 2.0.

Proposers responding to this RFP shall submit two (2) copies of their Proposal to: BHA Contract Office, Joel Wool, Chief Procurement Officer, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, on or before 2/15/2023, no later than 2:00 p.m., by mail or hand delivery. Each proposal shall be in a sealed envelope marked with the Proposer’s name, address and telephone number. In addition to the hard copies of the proposal, Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of the non‐fee portion of their proposal on USB media. This submission should be a single file in Adobe PDF format. Proposers shall submit the fee and non‐fee portions of their proposal under separate cover. Complete details, qualification, and submission requirements can be found in the RFP. The value of the work is estimated at $150,000 over a one (1) year period.

Questions or requests for modifications regarding this RFP will be accepted in writing or by email only until 2:00 p.m. on 2/07/2023 and must be submitted to Joel Wool, Chief Procurement Officer, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy St., 6th FL, Boston, MA 02111 or via email bids@bostonhousing.org . The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
