The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is accepting proposals for up to 100 HUD Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs) in order to assist in maintaining deeply affordable housing within the City of Boston. Specifically, the BHA is looking to award vouchers at sites that will subsidize eight (8) or more PBVs. Please note that being selected by the BHA is no guarantee that HUD will award the required funding to the BHA to project-base the vouchers. All awards given pursuant to this RFP are conditional and subject to the availability of adequate annual appropriations to the BHA from HUD. Proposals must be received at the offices of BHA Housing Service Center, Joel Wool, Chief of Staff/Chief Procurement Officer, Boston Housing Authority, 56 Chauncy Street, Boston, MA 02111, on or before 2:00 PM on August 31, 2023 by mail or hand delivery. Inquiries or requests for modifications regarding this RFP will be accepted in writing until 4:00 PM on August 15, 2023 and must be submitted to Joel Wool, Chief of Staff/ Chief Procurement Officer, Boston Housing Authority, via mail to 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, or via email to bids@bostonhousing.org. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
