RFQ # 1626-18 Underground Storage Tank (UST) Closure In-Place and Associated Licensed Site Professional (LSP) Services

The Boston Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the BHA Job No. 1626-18, DHCK FISH No. 035507, at Monsignor Powers Development for the Boston Housing Authority in South Boston Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Allen & Major Associates Inc.

The Project consists of: Underground Storage Tank (UST) Closure In-Place and Associated Licensed Site Professional (LSP) Services of an existing 3,000 gallon, single wall steel Underground Storage Tank “UST” in conformance with Federal, MASSDep, State Rules and Local Regulations.

The work is estimated to cost $ 48,048.00 - including Add Alternate No. 1.

Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.30B §39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H
inclusive.

Written Quotes will be received until 11:00 am., Wednesday January 11, 2023.
