The Boston Housing Authority (the "BHA) is seeking proposals from vendors (“Proposer” or “Proposers”) for a credible messenger program in Franklin Field, under the direction of the Deputy Administrator for Housing Programs or his or her designee(s). Interested Proposers or organizations need to provide intensive group mentoring services for up to 20 youth between the ages of 12 and 18 living in the BHA’s Franklin Field housing development and streets immediately surrounding it in Dorchester for a period of nine months, with possibility of extension. This project is estimated at $150,000.  Proposals will be received until March 08, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at the Boston Housing Authority, Purchasing Department, 56 Chauncy Street (Housing Service Center), Boston, MA 02111.
