The Boston Housing Authority ("BHA”) is seeking proposals for on-call consulting services to assist with the oversight and program management of a U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Choice Neighborhoods Initiative (CNI) grant as well as grant application writing and strategic planning related to other potential grant opportunities. A $30 million CNI grant was awarded to the BHA and the City of Boston in December 2016 for the Whittier Street public housing development in Lower Roxbury, and the surrounding Whittier neighborhood. As the Whittier CNI grant comes to an end in the coming years, BHA is seeking program management support to finish implementing the grant successfully and potentially to pursue other grant opportunities for Whittier and other BHA strategic initiatives. Proposers responding to this RFP shall submit three (3) copies and one (1) original of their proposal and shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their proposal on USB media to BHA Contract Office, Ben Liang, Director of Procurement, Boston Housing Authority, 56 Chauncy Street (Housing Service Center), Boston, MA 02111, on or before Friday May 5, 2023, no later than 2:00 p.m., by mail or hand delivery.
