RFP # 2182-02 Digital Equity and Literacy Programming Services - Rebid

The Boston Housing Authority (the "BHA") is seeking proposals from vendors for digital equity and digital literacy programming, under the direction of the Deputy Administrator for Housing Programs or his or her designee(s). The BHA is seeking digital equity class instruction from vendors at several of its Federal and State funded Elderly and Disabled sites to allocate funding from a grant awarded by the Massachusetts Broadband Institute (MBI). In accordance with MBI initiatives for “Internet for All,” these classes should include, though are not limited to, the following topics: basic computer care, basic computer operation and navigation, customization settings, signing up for emails, document processing, and resume building. This project is estimated at $300,000 for two year base term contract. Proposals will be received until February 16, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. at the Boston Housing Authority, Purchasing Department, 56 Chauncy Street (Housing Service Center), Boston, MA 02111. Proposal will be subject to approval and award by the Executive Committee of the Boston Housing Authority. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
