The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking proposals (Proposal or Proposals) from qualified consultants (Proposers) to perform inspection services of units in the Section 8 Project Based Housing Choice Voucher Programs. Firms responding to this RFP (“respondents”) are required to prepare and submit their proposals in accordance with the directions contained in this RFP. All submitted eligible proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the BHA in accordance with the evaluation and selection standards specified herein. The term of the Professional Service Contract (Contract) shall be three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The project is estimated at $180,000 over the 3 years base period. Proposals will be received until July 07, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Boston Housing Authority, Purchasing Department, 56 Chauncy Street (Housing Service Center), Boston, MA 02111. Questions or requests for modifications regarding this RFP will be accepted via email only until 2:00 p.m. on 06/23/2023 and must be submitted to bids@bostonhousing.org. Proposal will be subject to approval and award by the Executive Committee of the Boston Housing Authority. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
