RFP # 2177-01 BHA Youth Council

The Boston Housing Authority (the "BHA") seeks qualified firms to provide a vital, engaging, and enriching youth leadership program for BHA residents ages 15-19. The proposed program envisions utilizing a creative lens to develop a dynamic leadership group for 15-20 youth participants. Proposers must have demonstrated experience with successful outcomes in working with low-income youth and the capacity to deliver high quality programing at the required scale. This project is estimated at $180,000 for one year base plus three years option term contract. Proposals will be received until December 1, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Boston Housing Authority, Procurement Department, 56 Chauncy Street (Housing Service Center), Boston, MA 02111. Proposal will be subject to approval and award by the Executive Committee of the Boston Housing Authority. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
