The Massachusetts Trial Court has undertaken a Classification and Compensation Study to adopt a systematic, analytical tool to classify Trial Court titles, modernize job descriptions, and to establish a market-based, more flexible compensation plan that improves our ability to recruit and develop Trial Court employees.To maintain this new classification and compensation system, the Trial Court is seeking a service to conduct compensation market research, to benchmark Trial Court salaries against local employers, and to assess potential compensation impacts as they relate to recruitment and retention challenges.
The purpose of the Compensation Market Software RFI is to provide the Trial Court Human Resources Department with salient information on available product features and services. Vendors may be invited in to demo their products and services to educate the Trial Court to produce an effective procurement for services.
