The property must be located within the confines of the Town and contain a facility amenable for repurposing into a Town Hall. Sale is contingent on parties entering into a mutually agreed purchase and sale agreement. Certain mandatory items outlined in the RFP include the contingency of required approval by the town voters at a Town Meeting and Election.
