Through this solicitation, EOHHS seeks to procure one or more vendors to operate one or more Family Welcome Center(s). In response to an influx in newly arrived migrant individuals and families to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in need of basic needs and resources, Family Welcome Centers would provide intake assessments for newly arrived individuals and families, connections to benefits and external referrals, and co-located shelter diversion or access to temporary shelter as needed.
