CONTRACT NO. ED 2023-02 Lake Williams Boardwalk in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The project consists of a base bid and an alternate bid. As part of the base bid the work includes the installation of 1920ft of a 6ft wide prefabricated steel framed or precast concrete boardwalk system with railings and helical piles as indicated in the Construction Drawings and Specifications including all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The alternate bid includes the installation of an additional 1495ft of boardwalk as described above. The estimated base bid project cost is approximately $2,000,000.00. Alternate No. 1 (continuation of boardwalk) estimated project cost is approximately $1,700,000.00. Note the contract award shall be based on the total base bid. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The Bid Package may be obtained as of 9:00 AM on March 2, 2023, and must be downloaded from Projectdog.com using Project Code 854297. Pre-Bid Conference to be held at 9:00 AM on March 10, 2023, on site at the Marlborough Courthouse lower parking lot on Williams Street, Marlborough, MA, 01752.
