The Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) seeks proposals from qualified providers to develop and implement comprehensive Alcohol, Opioids, and other Drug (AOOD) Residential Rehabilitation Services for Transitional Age Youth and Young Adults (TAYYA). This RFR is for direct services under the Office of the Comptrollers object code classification MM3 or M03. To be considered eligible to apply for this RFR a bidder must be considered an organization. Individuals are not eligible to apply.
