Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30, Sec. 39M, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, for IFB 23077 Installation of Bonds Hill Reservoir Tower Foundation. The scope of work consists of a 14 x 14 foundation installation for the future SSV Tower erection. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid.

Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Dec. 8, 2022 at 11:00 am. Bid packages will be available by emailing: purchasing@gloucester-ma.gov or at the Purchasing Office beginning Wed., Nov. 16, 2022 The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
