The Town of Lynnfield is seeking bids from qualified filed sub bidders for the construction of a new fire station and the renovation/demolition of the town hall/public safety building and associated sitework and selective demolition. The new projects will be located at the site of the existing South Fire Station at 598 Salem Street and the existing Town Hall/Public Safety Building at 55 Summer Street. Bid documents available on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 and can be found on www.biddocs.com under the heading "Lynnfield Public Safety.
Please be advised that elevator filed sub bidders DO NOT need to be prequalified. Deadline for questions is at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. All questions shall be submitted via email to lynnfieldps@pmaconsultants.com and copy dgould@tappe.com, mbarnhart@tappe.com and pduross@commodorebuilders.com under the heading "Lynnfield Public Safety Questions". A non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will take place on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 11:30 AM starting at 55 Summer Street and then 598 Salem Street, Lynnfield, MA 01940
