Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #23104, for Compressor System Replacement at two locations in the Gloucester High School. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price.

Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #23104, for Compressor System Replacement at two locations in the Gloucester High School. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than March 1, 2023 at 11:00 am. Bid packages will be available by emailing: purchasing@gloucester-ma.gov beginning Feb. 8, 2023. There will be a pre bid meeting Feb. 15, 2023 at 2:30 in the GHS. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
