The Orleans Housing Authority, the awarding authority invites sealed bids from licensed wastewater treatment companies specializing in wastewater treatment processes to manage, operate and maintain the sewerage treatment system at the Tonset Woods Orleans housing development owned and operated by the Orleans Housing Authority. The contract term is one year with possible renewal period of two additional years. The estimated cost is $45,000.00. Bids are subject to the provisions of MGL c.30B, inclusive. Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., on March 27, 2024 and publicly opened, forthwith. Mailed Bids should be sent to the Orleans Housing Authority, 94 Hopkins Lane, Orleans, MA 02653 and received no later than the date and time specified above.
