The successful bidder will be required to provide masonry services to buildings, cemeteries, parks and playgrounds maintained and operated by the City of Melrose Public Works Department. Questions shall be emailed to Jennifer Rosa, Administrative Clerk, at JRosa@cityofmelrose.org. Any questions pertaining to the bid documents must be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 4:00 PM. A 50% payment bond will be required upon the award of the contract. The Contract duration shall be one year from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024. The City reserves the option to renew the contract twice for a total of three years.
