MRC is issuing the Supported Independence Provider Capacity Grant Program Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit proposals from Eligible Organizations, as defined below. The goal of the program is to ensure that eligible providers are adequately staffed, trained, and possess the IT infrastructure to engage rapidly with individuals with behavioral health concerns, so that they may successfully transition from nursing facilities back into the communities of their choice.
