The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission , through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for the purchase of approximately 300,000 pounds of liquid phosphoric acid 75%. This material will be supplied in bulk liquid deliveries of approximately 45,000 pounds each to the West Parish Filters Treatment Plant, located at 1515 Granville Rd, Westfield, MA 01085-4046. Up to two vendors will be awarded a contract. The decision to award more than one contract will be based on the needs of the Commission.
