The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified DCAMM Certified ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE company for providing elevator maintenance for a contract term of three (3) years. Sealed bids will be accepted, at the New Bedford Housing Authority Procurement Office 128 Union Street 4TH Floor New Bedford Massachusetts 02740, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday October 26, 2023 at which time and place said bids will be opened, witnessed and the results distributed via e-mail thereafter. Bid Documents are available from the New Bedford Housing Authority Procurement Office 128 Union Street 4TH Floor New Bedford Massachusetts 02740. Bidders may obtain a set of Bid Documents by e-mailing their contact information to Kevin Rego, Procurement Agent, at kevin.rego@nbha-ma.org.
