The City of Quincy Public Works Department seeks to contract with a company to encourage Quincy residents to divert their food waste through a subscription-based curbside collection service paid for by residents. The goal for this contract is to educate and encourage Quincy residents to divert their food waste from trash disposal. The Contractor will offer to provide weekly subscription service to collect organics curbside from all Quincy households, including multi-family residences.
