The Taunton Housing Authority is requesting sealed bids from qualified, licensed and insured Contractors to provide Abatement Services at its various housing developments located in Taunton. Occasionally, the Taunton Housing Authority is solicited to assist outside Local Housing Authorities with their special maintenance requests. This additional service is to be within a 30-mile radius of Taunton and will be managed solely by the Taunton Housing Authority. The estimated cost of this project for the 3-year term is $480,000.00. Bid packages may be obtained by emailing Lisa Costa at lcosta@tauntonhousing.com and Greg Caswell at gcaswell@tauntonhousing.com. It is the contractor's responsibility to obtain copies of specifications and requirements. Bids must be delivered to the Taunton Housing Authority, Administrative Office, 308 Bay
Street, Taunton, MA 02780 by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. The Taunton Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part if it determines it to be in the best interest of the Authority to do so. All contracts awarded are subject to approval by the Authority's Board of Commissioners.
