The goal of this project is to efficiently study and design the electrical infrastructure project, establish the design recommendations, provide the related schematic design, bid and construction documents, supply construction administration, and cost estimate options for replacing all existing and updated (damaged) electrical panels, circuits and fixtures affected by the water submersion event and related electrical equipment damage to apartments and common areas of the residential floors (floors 1-7). The result shall be a competitive bid, award and project execution and timely performance so that the building can be recommissioned and occupied as soon as possible.
