Under this RFR, the Office for Refugees and Immigrants (ORI) seeks to procure a program administrator to oversee statewide delivery of targeted immigration assistance services to the increasing population of newly arriving immigrants to Massachusetts in need of immediate shelter and services. Through an intake and triage process, the program will provide immigrants entering shelter with advice and referrals, targeted legal assistance and access to benefits for which they may be eligible.
