The Town of Lynnfield Department of Public Works is seeking quotations from qualified contractors for remedial excavation of soils containing arsenic and lead at the Town Hall Site located at 55 Summer Street in Lynnfield, MA. The Town of Lynnfield will undertake remedial excavation of impacted soils under a Release Abatement Measure (RAM) Plan. Under this Request for Quotations (RFQ), A Scope of Work is provided as a basis for the Contractor to supply a lump sum quote for the required work. Award will be made to the responsible bidder offering to perform the work at the lowest price. All questions and inquiries concerning this RFQ should be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM on November 29, 2023 via email to Nick Ames (amesn@wseinc.com).
