This scope also includes the necessary carpentry/trim work both interior and exterior along with prep and paint of the installed doors, door frames and any disturbed adjacent areas. Existing door hardware may be re-installed or replaced with new, as determined by the Seekonk Housing Authority. The work is estimated to cost $40,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 03/28/2024 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
