The MSBA requests Responses from firms or individuals interested in providing Architectural Services in connection with the MSBA securing leased office space in the downtown Boston area. The MSBAs current lease at 40 Broad Street in Boston expires on June 30, 2025. The MSBA plans to engage with a Tenant Representative to advise the MSBA regarding options and to identify functional office space in the downtown Boston area that will suit the MSBAs needs. To help the MSBA and the Tenant Representative identify the best solution for the MSBA, the MSBA intends to engage a qualified individual or firm to provide architectural consulting services for proposed office spaces in response to the MSBAs RFP for Office Space that will allow the MSBA to examine potential options in various building locations.
