The Project consists of but not limited to: The replacement of an existing failed stone trench septic system and components located under existing paved parking area. Work to include excavation and removal of the existing system and components and replacement with proposed stone trenches and components per design plan. Paved parking area to be replaced as shown on the design plan to provide 7 parking spaces at 10' wide x 18' long with a 22' wide aisle. Septic tanks, distribution box, inspection ports, and piping to be capable of handling H-20 loading. The work is estimated to cost $120,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 02/28/2024 at 9:00AM EST for general bids. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. All Bids shall be submitted online at biddocs.com and received no later than the date and time specified.
