The Project consists of but not limited to:
Base Bid - Roof Areas A & B:
1. Remove and dispose of all roof system, insulation, edge metal, and all other components down to the structural deck.
2. Adhere two layers of 2.5in. polyisocyanurate in cold adhesive.
3. Adhere tapered polyisocyanurate insulation tapered crickets to facilitate roof drainage.
4. Replace all drains with new cast iron bowls, clamping rings and strainers. Create 4'x4' half inch per foot sump around each drain.
5. Install roof cover board in adhesive.
6. Adhere new modified roof membrane in cold adhesive.
7. Raise all curbs at rooftop units to achieve NRCA Minimum 8in. Flashing Requirements.
8. Provide new .040in. Aluminum premanufactured edge metal system.
9. Upon final inspection provide 40-Year NDL Edge to Edge Warranty.
10. Install new roof penetration flashings at all roof penetrations.
11. Remove and replace existing roof hatch.
12. Extend all existing vents as necessary to maintain 18in. clearance above new roof.
13. Remove and replace all sleepers.
Alternate 01: Add Roof Area C. Total estimated project cost includes the alternate.
