The Plymouth County Commissioners hereby solicit number 2 Heating Fuel Oil Bids for the period of December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024, for the County of Plymouth, certain political sub-divisions thereof, and certain other public entities detailed herein. This invitation to bid is for the furnishing of fuel oil in the following grade and quantity number 2 Heating Fuel Oil Estimated Total 280,589 gallons. All grades of fuel oil regarding sulphur content MUST comply with all regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Division of Environmental Health, and Bureau of Air Use Management. Specifications of the American Petroleum Institute must be met.
