The boilers and associated equipment will be pre-purchased for that project under this bid. The RHV project will commence this May with a desired goal of completing the initial phase of the project by early August. The Boilers and equipment purchased under this bid will need to be received and assigned to the GC of the project no later than the June 30th., 2023. All Warrantees must be transferable to the GC upon receipt of equipment, and then transferable to the Owner at substantial completion of the project.
