Applying for and obtaining all permits required for the work, including, but not limited to: building, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and any other required permit;
Requesting and attending all inspections of the work;
Furnish and install required devices: Six (6) addressable manual pull stations or as otherwise required by code and the AHJ, such as the FireLite BG-12LX. All components must be compatible with the existing system and be complete with conduit, wiring (i.e., FPLR cable), modules and any other components as-needed to complete a functional, code-compliant system.
External wiring conduit matching current wall color to connect the pull stations to nearby fire alarm devices and FACP.
Programming of the FACP;
All required pre- and post-placement testing of fire detection and alarm systems;
Record photographs of the work;
All Work included in the specifications or required for a complete and operational system.
