With this Ambulatory Services for Substance Use and Addictive Disorders RFR, the Bureau of Substance Addiction Services BSAS seeks proposals from Outpatient Service providers to provide ambulatory also referred to as outpatient services for adults, youth and families in Massachusetts who are impacted by substance use disorders and for people experiencing a gambling disorder. Vendors may apply for any of the services listed below. Vendors must be licensed as a substance addiction outpatient program and must comply with all applicable licensing regulations detailed in 105 CMR 164.000. Vendors must have licensing approval for each service for which they are applying. Providers do not need to be licensed to submit a proposal for this RFR; however, they must be licensed prior to receiving a BSAS contract. As a result of this RFR, three Master Service Agreements or blankets will be established: one for SUD Ambulatory Services, one for Problem Gambling Services, and one for Family Intervention.
