The Plymouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the
Housing Type: 059 Development for the Plymouth Housing Authority in Plymouth Massachusetts, in
accordance with the documents prepared by Plymouth Housing Authority.
The Project consists of: Demo two (2) existing handicap showers down to stud (just walls) and replace
with two (2) new seamless acrylic roll-in shower systems.
The work is estimated to cost 15,000.00 dollars
Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates or federal Davis-Bacon
wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. Whichever wage rate is higher to be used.
Written Quotes will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday February 29, 2024.
All Quotes should be delivered to: 130 Court St., Plymouth, MA. 02360 or emailed to Gregory McGowan
at gmcgowan@plymha.org and received no later than the date & time specified above. Quotes may be
hand delivered, mailed, or emailed.
Contract Documents will be available at:

Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $20.00
per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.
