Bids are subject to M.G.L., c. 30, Section 39M, and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L c.149, Section 26 through 27H inclusive. The Bid Package may be obtained as of 9:00 AM on December 7, 2023, and must be downloaded from Projectdog.com. Project Code 859142. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:00 AM on December 14, 2023, on site (Cullinane Drive at Western View Drive). Electronic Sealed Bids will be received until 9:00 AM on December 22, 2023, through online submission at www.Projectdog.com.
