A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM. on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, onsite at 900 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted in writing to bflynn@massconvention.com and cc imetaj@signatureboston.com in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 5:00 PM, February 03, 2023. Each general bid on this contract must be accompanied by a copy of a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the work required.
