Vendors are sought for youth programming to be carried out in the Franklin Hampshire region funded through Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I. This RFP solicits proposals for a 24-month program. A total of $450,000 is projected to be available to fund activities that will take place during 1/1/24 to 12/31/24. The max. request per grantee is $90k. The contract will be for an initial 12-months. renewable for an add. yr. based on positive performance review and avail. funds.
