The project delivery method for construction will be design-bid-build. The facility will include several structures to accommodate headworks, sequencing batch reactors, ultraviolet disinfection, chemical storage and handling, solids storage and handling, denitrification filters, vehicle storage, and several smaller miscellaneous structures. Work under this Project includes demolition, site preparation and finishes, construction of infiltration basins, and utility work for the supply of power, natural gas, and potable water to
the facility. The estimated cost of this Project is $106 million.
