The Department of Public Health (DPH or the Department) is providing the opportunity for a limited number of parties to participate on behalf of the Department to use a large complex data set to analyze the prescribing and treatment history, including court-ordered treatment or treatment within the criminal legal system, of persons in the Commonwealth. No funds will be awarded by the Department. The Department seeks to answer a specific question necessary for the Department to conduct the analyses required by Section 138 of Chapter 126 of the Acts of 2022. By this Notice of Opportunity (NOO), the Department is accepting applications from parties interested in developing analytic plans and/or conducting analyses on behalf of the Department. The results of the analyses will be used by the Department, at its discretion, to assess health status or evaluate programmatic or policy initiatives. The results may also be included in reports issued by the Department.
