The work to be performed will include removing all deposited material from
town-owned catch basins, collecting & logging relevant data, hauling the collected materials to the stockyard, with other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor,
equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
