Everett Housing Authority invites sealed bids from qualified firms to undertake resident relocation tasks associated the rehabilitation of an elderly housing development known as North Everett/Whittier Drive (667/1A). The work is estimated to cost $140,000.00. project will require the temporary relocation of approximately fifty-six (56) elderly units to be relocated to temporary on-site units and moved back four (4) units at a time.
